Is there any way to actually reach a live agent at the RCMP toll free number? Every single day I call I get the automated message that they cannot take calls at this time, even if I call as soon as they open. Is there any direct extensions I can use or alternative ways to reach someone?

I tried email but it's been over 12+ business days with no response. Any advice would be appreciated.

I called from 9 am to 330 pm finally got through. It's not impossible. Just not easy. I've been on hold for 40 minutes then they hang up on you. It sucks. But keep trying and you'll get through

I called 9am to 5pm today. Got hung up on maybe 10 times. Got through once but then the automated message said they're having technical difficulties. The rest of the time I got the automated message saying to call back later

Awful. Pretty sad that you need to pretty much take a day off work to call. And not even get through.. brutal

It’s brutal I’ve called 22 times in the last 2 weeks and have been disconnected everytime.. makes you wonder if this isn’t by design of our government
