I used to have no issues getting the CFP in late July. Now, if I get finally get by the “sorry we can’t take your call message”, it holds and holds and then just drops. I don’t mind waiting for 3 hours if I have to put the phone on speaker beside me but quit tossing me out lol. It’s like the 90s with these guys amirite

What province? I’ve called Alberta twice in the last month and both times I got on hold and call answered within 30 minutes. Once at 9am once at 1:30pm. I know other people with similar experiences.

Some magic trick to get through? I've been trying all day and no luck

Yup. Keep at it if it says “try again later”. No more than 6 times then it would go on hold and I just made sure my screen was on, and a little bit of luck and I was good. Believe it or not when I tried finally at 1:20pm ET, it took all of 7 minutes to get through to the transfers section!

Wow, you got lucky, I tried calling back multiple times and got put on hold ranging from 3 minutes to over 25 minutes but all times got disconnected. Hopefully, a call at 9 am should do the trick. Or at least start off the day badly being annoyed with it
