Got it. From what I understand from a bit more digging, once the transfers are approved, I’ll be issued a new PAL with updated conditions to the licence, which will cover my ATT to and from the range, correct?

Yes. You can have your firearm in your house or even pick it up from a local gun store once the transfer is approved, but that’s the only trip you can take until you get your paperwork in the mail.

Make sure you bring a trigger lock and normal lock when you go and pick up your first restricted.
