So I just did my non restricted course and just mailed my documents today. What is the timeline I will be expecting to get my pal license?

6 months… that’s a very long time and not fun. Hopefully filled everything out properly.

The main thing that hangs people up is that they don’t accept Visa Debit, so if you paid by different means you should be good

I used Mastercard so I should be good. I’m still waiting for my new card to come in so I used my mothers, does that make a difference? We both have the same last name so I don’t see why that would be.

Well then I guess I’ll have to play the waiting game. Do you also know how long it will take before I can check my application status?

Unfortunately I do not off the top of my head, I’m sure someone else will chime in though

I got ahold of the RCMP regarding this about 2 weeks ago. They told me expect 7-8 weeks minimum before I see status online.

3 months until it shows up online, than another 1-3 months for approval.
