Anyone else unable to access their application status? I was charged on the 29th and have had no problem viewing it until yesterday. Now whenever I check it says there is an error and the page cannot be displayed.

Yes, the exact error I'm getting - on Firefox, edge and chrome, is

"Error

This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additionalinformation.The incident ID is : N/A."

Does this match your issue?

I've been having this issue for about a week. I've tried with both GCKey and with a sign-in partner (TD). I'm attempting to log in to renew my PAL/RPAL before the end of November 2022 deadline.

That's exactly the message I get. I've tried on different devices as well as networks and I still get the message.

Damn. I guess I will keep trying for a week or so, then I guess I'll move on to a paper application just in case.

It was up once earlier today for me and now I have a different error when I try to access the page. I have a feeling they are having some serious server issues

Status update: I was able to log in today and I successfully uploaded a new photo and filled out the renewal application. Hopefully my photo is good enough!
