If you have been processed and waiting for the card to show up, call them and get your number and expiry date. Depending where you are, you can use that for a range membership (if needed), and then you can use both to shop online (if you need both). A few places require a pic of your card though. No particular forms otherwise.

I don't think there's a requirement to fix the safe in place. Obviously more secure though. My two Cabelas gun cabinets are just in a large closet, and out of sight until you're in the doorway.

Glocks, hmm. Might be tough. But keep checking stores (bookmark everything from arsenal force).
