They asked you to call them, did you call them?

Call them and see if they still have the item and if they can ship it and bill you.

I may have not explained well. I was asked to call the cfo which seemed odd since I had the registration certificate in my hand physically.

Have followed up by calling Cabela’s and there is definitely some strange things afoot as they apparently cancelled my order and sold it to someone else…. After transfer.

They are very apologetic and are now working hard to try and redirect it back to me.

Once on the phone their customer service has been fantastic.
