Just got my transfer approved over the phone approximately 3.5 weeks after purchase in Alberta.

Was on hold with the CFO office for about 30 minutes and the agent approved my transfer over the phone.

'Hey I purchased a restricted about a month ago and I'm still waiting on the transfer, can you help me out with that?'

She asked for my transfer number and my other identifying information then put me on hold again for about 5 minutes and when she came back she said she approved it.

Drove down to my LGS and picked up my SP-01 an hour later.

Wow wtf… contacted QC CFO beginning of the week, just told me to be patient. Guess you’re lucky.
