So let’s say you’ve been waiting forever for your application (RPAL) to be approved and sent in the mail but on the RCMP website you see it has been approved even though you have yet to receive it in the mail. Would it be advised against taking a NR to your range where you’re a member at but have yet to receive the actual license in the mail as of yet? I think I can assume the answer but just want to throw it out there anyways.
