Is the 10/10 Crossman still legal or is it banned?

Do you mean cross industry Crossmags? 100% legal.

Buy as many as you can. You can sometimes find them on sale for $50.

Do they get grandfather if they ban like they are with handguns? Local shop is 60 a pop

If a magazine is banned I'm pretty sure it just becomes a prohibited device and can no longer be legally used.

I've never had that happen with any that I own.

Well the same thing is happened with replica firearms and is about to happen again so prohibited devices can be grandfathered. It's really dependent on how they write the law
