Wait times from the point of receiving application to license in hand is 4 months from March 2022.

Thanks for posting this. Sent mine in early May and haven't seen anything on the RCMP site yet. What province are you in?

They are probably very busy at the CFOs office. I have a friend that took the test with me and sent it in 3 weeks after me(March-April). I got my RPAL, his didn’t show up on the website yet as well. The province doesn’t matter it’s a federal process.

The province does matter since it get’s handed off to the provincial CFO(office). Some provinces have more volume/resources than others.

The application is processed by provincial offices??

Look at all the comments from people who say that RCMP has completed initial review and their application is now with their province’s CFO. It’s still a federal process but CFOs are delegated duties in their respective provinces.

Province as a region, not as a legislative entity.

Sounds reasonable. That weakens the excuse for wait times a little, but I just hope they aren’t being short staffed on purpose.
