This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

That’s infuriating. It’s crazy that they don’t seem to give a fuck that there’s a deadline and that’s all we get FOR THE REST OF OUR LIFES.

I think they very much give a fuck. The cynical (realistic) side of me knows that the entire reason they held off so long on informing people was because they knew that we were all panicking and would immediately cancel and go somewhere else if we knew they didn't have stock.

On the upside, even in the worst case scenario, I do already own a Glock, so I'm not going to be completely screwed. There's going to be a lot of people in this community that aren't so fortunate. I'm glad to hear that you're in the clear now too.
