License has been "issued" as of yesterday. Wish I could order something now. Says I should receive in two weeks, is that the norm? I'm assuming that's delayed too.

If you call the CFP and tell them you need the PAL number for range membership, they’ll give it to you. At the rate transfers are getting processed, it’s a pretty safe bet the card will be in your hand before your transfer gets approved

Yes it's normal. For me it took 2 and 1/2 weeks.

Yeah 2 weeks roughly is the norm. But honest question for anyone else who stumbles across this. Is one of the printers still down? I can't remember how people found out and that could be a delay.

I don't think the shipping is delayed (at least I hope not). When did you send yours?
