Sent in RPAL (BC) application on June 1st (One hour after reading the first article about the transfer ban lol). Website does not show my application as having been received. I already have my PAL and was wondering what everyone else's experience was with applying for the license from BC.

Also, I attached my restricted course proof of passing, but for the non-restricted course, I wrote that I had passed already ie I have my PAL and that they have it on file. Does anyone else have an experience similar to mine with this?

Similar boat, sent an upgrade request to RPAL at the end of April.

I am hoping to see my credit card charged this week, which would be the easiest way of knowing when your application has officially started processing.

Does the web services site show your application as having been received yet?

Edit: Just got through on the CFP line and the lady said I can expect processing to begin in 8 weeks. Dear God, I hope the regulation changes are not first on the to-do list for Parliament.

I do not see the application as received (I just checked). I think 3 months between physical receival and its posted online is about right for timing.

I sent mine at the end of April, and theres nothing yet, you won't see it until your card gets charged, probably about 3 months
