This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

It'll be probably another 3 to 4 weeks. When they issue your license, it still needs to be printed. Mine was issued June 28th. Called on the 15th and was told my card was mailed off on the 13th of July. That's probably what your looking at. Annoying as shit but we're at the end of the backlog shitstorm. Congrats on the license.

When did u receive ur license in the mail. I just called and they said my license was shipped July 23
