If it was your first restricted, then you'll need the notice to take it home, where you'll have to wait for an updated RPAL card to arrive.

If it wasn't your first restricted transfer, then your ATT Conditions Slip should already list the condition to transport newly acquired restricted firearms home (and since you have the reg certificate for it, there should be nothing legally stopping you from transporting it home).

Ah yes good point. It wasn't my first restricted and I had the conditions slip. Oh well maybe the person on the phone didn't know
