Best black rifle .308 or similar

I have a ws-mcr in 5.56 and ive been enjoying it for a while now and was looking to get it a big brother, semi auto black rifle in .308, or another caliber with similar ballistics to those and aswell if the parts are out there to build a new upper for my mcr to be in 6.5 Grendel would be nice too. I'm looking to take the 6.5 deer hunting and the .308 elk hunting. TIA!

Lol and even then it’s somehow sold out everywhere. You should check out the new Bren 2

What calibers do the bren 2's come in? I only found a 556/223 model, was looking to hunt deer with it and maybe elk so 223 is a no go

Oh rifht it might be only 223. 308 semi autos are defintely more rare…. Maybe some sort of SKS?

.308 semis are definitely harder to find sadly. Are there sks's other than 7.62x39? I'll probably get an sks at some point regardless but it don't like the ballistics and drop of the x39 for prairie deer hunting haha

Yeah I did but couldn't find much I didn't know about before and what I did find that was new to me in my selected calibes wasn't what im looking for, in all reality I want the closest thing to a .308 ar10 but obviously I can't just get one of them
