Anybody know the rules regarding transportation of a restricted on a motorcycle?

Trigger lock, in locked case, and in a backpack.

The laws do not diffentiate between car and bike and front end loader

Thought it was the simple in a backpack could be viewed upon as concealing a weapon.

It’s hard not to speed on a bike, of course I will be on my best behavior.

It could be. Judges have made bizarre rulings related to concealed weapons.
