Went to get my haircut today and the barber and customer next to me were talking about guns. The guy kinda knew what he was talking about, but the barber was bullshiting him so hard.

She was saying shit like "I built an AR for $250 in the US", she couldn't remember the name of the ATF, and said she had a "mold for a silencer" in the US.

If these are the people that influence opinion, we're so fucked.

You could build a complete AR for $280 a couple of years ago but yeah it sounds like she was just bullshitting.
