already have plenty of property rights established by common law. You can own stuff. But like everything else, property ownership is absolute nor simple. You can't build a refinery on your residential building lot.

"Absolute inalienable ownership of stuff" is going to do what exactly? Probably just going to mean that individuals get completely fleeced out of any property ownership by corporations.

Govts permit the ownership of firearms with lots of conditions via plain statute laws.
