HAHAHAHA what a joke. Takes me 2 mins, sometimes even instantly able to connect to someone on the NR line while the restricted is packed 1 second after 9:00AM. Can't believe the valuable people who need to get the restricteds done are answering NR lines. And yeah might take at least a week to get things sorted. We might see sales/calls start to drop off a little after the 14th if nothing happens too so that might help them.

You do because for NR they just check the PAL and give you a reference number. There's more of a process for restricted, but I don't think it's that hard, probably just filling certain boxes and validating info. If no one does restricted, try again in a couple hours. Also if you're not in BC, you can use an app TextNow to spoof a BC number so you can call up to 8:00PM EST (5 PST), otherwise you can't call past 5 EST. worked for me for the first transfer if you need it

Similarly, you can spoof an Ontario number to call in starting at 6AM PST. I honestly don't think many people are spoofing numbers though
