(Ontario) Does anyone have any experience with resubmitting a photo with the RPAL application? Notes below

  • Received Jan 24
  • CC charged March 07
  • Resent new photo March 31 as requested by CFP
  • Called every 3 weeks, told to call again in three weeks every time

Anyone have any idea how long of a delay I should be expecting (I realize these are unprecedented times)?

In Ontario too. Me and another user here both had the same issue and our resent photos were received both on January 11th coincidentally.

He got approved on April 2nd and mine is still pending. To be fair I checked mental health for stuff I went through as a dumb college kid.
