Please help: I have been waiting on my application to be processed and have waited about 12 months so far. I had to send in a subsequent photo ID about 3 months in because the first one didn't meet the criteria. I have been trying to call the helpline 1-800-731-4000 numerous (7+) times over the past 2 weeks. I would be put on hold by the bot. These calls would last almost exactly 30 minutes each time and then would hang up. I have tried using multiple phone numbers to no avail.

I do not know what is happening with my application and there is no one I can talk to for help because they aren't picking up the phone.
