Morning all. Question about buying out of province. I'm in NL and purchased a P320 in Ontario. I was wondering about the process of transferring the firearm. I know Ontario's CFO is notorious for taking quite a while to approve transfers and that got me to thinking would the seller have to deal with the Ontario CFO or the NL CFO, or both. Curious is all.

Only the NL where you’re located processes it
