Week 3 trying to contact the RCMP. I have been trying to contact them for a very long time to make a transfer. I practically memorised their answering machine in both english and french. Its as if this law is already enacted and we cant make transfers, as if its being done on purpose to make our lives harder. Im aware that this bill hasnt been passed but they are already making it harder for us.

Does anybody have any sort of info on whats happening with the RCMP, when this stuff will be over?

Call center can’t handle the volume of ppl calling in due to the increase in transfers

The thing is I doubt they're answering the phones. Last Friday I called every minute from 9 am to 12 pm and the second they opened it already had high call volume, something very fishy is happening.

They are there are some ppl getting in, but if you imagine all the gun owners all calling in with a call center that’s maybe less than 10 ppl what do you think will happen? RCMP probably tbh don’t even want this to happen but Trudeaus the one forcing it.

I've gotten into the queue at a few points where it says stay on the line, but it disconnects from their end after 3-5 minutes. I called over 100x today. This isn't right

legacy systems that are probably unreliable, they arent dropping calls on purpose imho
