Im coming up on the 1 year anniversary since i put in my PAL application,

I have called about once a month at the 8 month mark every timw i call i get told "thats strange, this shouldn't be taking so long, it says its just waiting on approvale, i suggest you call back in 3 ro 4 weeks if it still has not gone through"

Is there really nothing i can do? Is there any reason why its taking so long for specifically me? My friend who applied at the same time i did got his after 4 and a half months, i know another person who just got theirs and they applied 5 months ago, so why am i waiting 12+ months now? Pisses me off 😤 😒.

CFO? i dont know where i would find that number, i am from alberta, not really not sure what i should do at this point, because im told everything with my application is fine, just Still having to wait
