Hi everybody, does any Quebecer in the group have experience selling a firearm to an individual outside of our lovely province ? Given that there is no long gun registry elsewhere, how would this work ? Thanks in advance!

according to the SQ’s website, you have to give them the info of the person even if they live outside the province (that is of course if you’re firearm is registered). I would advise that you go onto their website for more info

edit: “The notice of transfer of ownership of a firearm must contain the name and contact information of the person to whom the firearm has been transferred even if the latter does not maintain a residence or an establishment in Québec or it is anticipated that the firearm will leave Québec.”
