So everybody told me that if there was a payment issue it would delay my application. I got an email months ago telling me to call them about it but for various reasons I didn't get around to it until the Friday that just passed.

I checked today and it said I was approved, is there any chance this is an error?

No. If it says you're approved then you're approved.

Hopefully this is your RPAL....? Buy now before it's too late.
