If you were going to buy a Lee Enfield (not sporterized) which one would you want and why? I'm just starting to look into them and not clear on which no./mk is considered best/coolest/whatever

N01 mk III for the looks, n04 mk 1 for shooting (much nicer sights)

Sweet. Any suggestions on where to find non-sporterized Lee Enfields online?

Best bet is CGN EE or gunpost but be prepared to pay way too much :/

Yeah gunpost seems to have ridiculous prices :( Elwood epps has refurbed a no. 1 mk 3* for $899 but no pictures so I'm hesitant. Thanks for the help!

Np I saw one at great North gun co for 800 but it’s a thai (Siam) made one in really rough shaoe
