Once initial processing has completed it goes to your provinces CFO for review and final approval. This really varies based on province, some get it done in 2 weeks or so, others you could be waiting another 6 months.

Mine was charged the 28th as well. Hopefully ON is one of the quicker CFOs… I am in the exact same position of waiting.
