Seems to both the non-restricted and restricted version of the Swiss Arms Classic Green carbine.

That's the FAMAE SG 542-1 - still non-restricted.

The Classic Green looks like this

That one actually was just recently given a FRT as non restricted, so it is good to go. small mercies.
