Fix my gun / Modding Carbon Barrel Swap

Anyone reccomend a smith or someone eXperienced m in south east sask. I just need a carbon barrel swap. New barrel is a shouldeRed prefit and i have the action wrehch but no vise or guages. I tried a Reccomended guy in saskatoon he said no bc he hadnt worked on this brand of action. Somewhere closer than 4.5 hours would be nice if Possible

What brand of action and what cartridge? I've swapped carbon barrels on an impact and surgeon multiple times myself. I'm in Regina.

Its an arc nucleus it have the big pva barrel on it now. Its a6.5 cm
