So they're going to hire double-dipping retired OPP officers to harass and screw up 'northeners' like they do in Ontario?

Have you had issues with a CFO before? Every experience I’ve had with one is great. Unless you’re confusing it with the firearms stuff Ottawa is dicking around with.
