Shooting Public ranges near Calgary?

New to shooting and I’m looking for a range that goes to 200 yards I can zero my rifle at. Plz help

The BTSA range west of Calgary has a hunter sight in day on Sept 27 from 10am - 3pm, cost is $10. I think the range in Lethbridge also has a hunger sight in day, usually in October if I recall, if you don't mind driving a little farther.

As far as I’m aware there are none. The public ranges are limited to indoor ranges of about 50m. You’re only option to go that far is crown land

I don't think we even have the 50m range anymore after the shooting edge closed down, CSC and Straight shooters both top out at 25 m IIRC.

If you consider red deer nearby Calgary, the RDSC does go up to 50m. But to me Red Deer isn't "nearby" but then again nearly all the ranges are like at least an hour away from Calgary....

Just drive half an hour and shoot at Ghost. Theres quite a few spots there
