Pictured are the new Hatsan BullTac SA, and a used and abused Escort Magnum I got for dirt cheap. Put nearly 1500 rounds between the two over the last few days. I didnt count how much I fed each gun, but close to 1000 through the escort and ~500 through the bullpup. The shells used are pictured, along with some handfuls of Winchester 3" slugs.

For the Escort Mag, the one and only issue I had was popping the ring out of the piston while rapid firing slugs. Pinched it and popped it back on, no issues 250 rounds since.

For the bullpup, one FTF and one stovepipe in 500 rounds, both occurred within the first 50 cycles.

Anyone on the fence about the BullTac, between all the positive reviews and my own positive experience, it's a good buy. It happily eats whatever I feed it, and nothing comes loose between cleaning. You can't ask for much more for the price it is. And it's cool as fuck.

The Magnum was what really impressed me especially with god knows how many rounds went through it prior to me. For a $250 gun it far exceeded my expectations.

Out of curiousity, is that a new box of the Challenger target loads with the translucent shell? I had one hell of a time with them in a specific gun on the weekend sticking in the chamber and am curious, though I haven't put them through any of my other shotguns yet, if it's isolated, due to a change in manufacture, or what it might be.

Awesome that the Bulltac ran that well, they are a nifty little addition to the bullpup shotgun market I must say. I actually really enjoyed my UTS-15 back in the day too.

These are the translucent ones. They look cool as hell. I've seen a post or two of people having problems with them. I went through about 4 flats this week, and between all 4 of my shotguns, 2 Semis, one pump, and one OU, I didn't have an issue with any.

Both feed problems with the BullTac were using Wimchester loads.

I fired 75 rounds from a Bulltac straight out of the box. One round didn't feed, but when I touched the charging handle it finished feeding. I love mine.

My one FTF was the same, just gave it a tiny nudge and it loaded.

I want one of those bulltacs so bad but I’ve got 2 other rifles on my wanted list and I think I forgot hold out for them I’m really happy to see that these are feeding reliably though! Who knows maybe I’ll order them what’s 500$ nowadays
