Misc RIP IRUNGUNS
This is a rant...
I've been an IRUNGUNS customer for over 7 years... I am no longer. It used to be that you could get cool stuff through them and often pricing was comparable to Canadian sites when items became available. Lifetime spend is just under $5K Canadian + fees and shipping. I'm not a whale to them.
I ordered a Henry Supreme IN JUNE from them because the chambering I wanted wasn't yet available at a Canadian retailer. Had I waited 2 weeks I would have bought the same rifle at TENDA for significantly less... Instead I'm still waiting for my gun and I'm out over $400 extra.
I'll survive. But I'll never buy from iRG again.

The risk you take. What if the chambering was never brought to Canada? Then you would be haply when you got your rifle.
This is not on Irunguns. Not their fault Canadian retailers decided to bring the gun you could not find in Canada right after you ordered. Did you contact any shops or importers directly to see if they would be getting them?
You played the game man cant be mad at them

To be fair to IRG, lever guns were super rare for a minute (I'm looking at you marlin ugh), and the supreme was always a niche offering (even more so if you went with 300blk vs 556).
I say this as someone who waited years on getting one, sometimes it's just hard to get via a dealer.
Hindsight is a harsh mistress but imo IRG fills a niche that's hard to replace. Its unfortunate you're stuck in limbo op but IRG has never been known for its speed.

I mean, the price you pay is on you.
The wait time does seem a bit much though.
Edit” I do want to also add that they offer a specific service dude. That service is getting things into Canada that are not readily available here. They make it known that it often takes time to have stuff arrive, and they are ultimately at the mercy of CBSA.
I’m not saying this is your fault, in fact it’s no one’s fault. But in reality, you should have called around to see who was getting what you want in at some point and if you had done so, you would have known tenda would be getting it in soon. IRG ultimately is doing there job; bringing in a product that you wanted across the boarder JUST for you, and ONLY for you. This means that they do no have bulk buying discounts, plus they have the import fees, whatever bullshit tariffs/duties might apply, have to deal with CBSA, the transport and logistics costs, all for your one single rifle.
This is ultimately a service meant for things you can’t easily find in Canada. Not for something you are wanting to buy fast.
Before it was banned, I was considering getting a HCAR (Heavy Counter Assault Rifle) from the states. They run about $8,000CAD and are based on the BAR platform chambered in 30-06 with DBM’s. No one had them in Canada, but if I were to get one, it would have been through them because no one else carried it. It was made clear to me that it would be a while to show up and would cost money just to get brought up here. The costs were not hidden from me. I’m sorry you’re having a bad time with this but it really is just the way that sort of service works.

IRG is good for importing rare auctioned guns. I wouldn't use them to bring in any current-production guns (especially a ban-safe lever gun) like the Henry Supreme if you could wait a bit to see if a Canadian retailer would bring them in.

Isn't all of this pretty well known? exporting guns from the US takes a while and IRG hasn't been super competitive in pricing since AR15s got nixed. Importing is not the way if you need something quick

Out 400 maybe you should not be buying not trying to be a dick but I spend more on ammo at range day

Lol you have an agreed purchase order with IRG. They did not force you to buy, you found them first for their service.
The lead time is always variable if you choose to import from a different country
Now you have buyer’s remorse and blame the store for it.
I am sorry if you feel offended but this is on you
