Yeah lol. I haven't ran my A300 this hard, but I cleaned and lubed it from the factory and put 1000 rounds and 2500 rounds through it between cleanings and nothing fell off. At ~2000 rounds I experienced a failure to cycle and again around 2500 before cleaning it. Never needed to locktite anything.
If you think that 90% of firearms on the market today require you to re-torque every single screw out the box, then I'm afraid that you're only looking at the shittiest Turkey has to offer and it's skewing your view. A well-made gun just needs some grease cleaned off, it doesn't need you to manually re-torque everything on it.
You can like the gun aesthetically and still admit that it's shit.
