Buy recommendations MRA Maverick opinions?

A little bit sour’d on SIG after my latest experience (check last post if interested) however I’m still looking to get a .308

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the MRA Maverick? Is MRA’s 1MOA accuracy true?

Great guns, but I'd only get one if i had the spare parts lying around from a OIC afflicted safequeen. I.e. i'd only build one, but i wouldn't buy a complete rifle.

Nothing agaisnt them at all, but just to me there isn't anything about it that a dedicated factory bolt gun (tikka, bergara) won't do better and arguably cheaper.

I was looking at them too but turned down the idea because ultimately, they don't seem like fun rifles to run. Not particularly fast, so might as well get a normal bolt action. If I cared for the tacticoolness of it, I'll build up a .22 or some other platform with cool furniture like a lever gun.

And as weird as it is, the acoustics of the bolt sound kinda unpolished. Just dull and bland. Doesn't sound satisfying like racking the pump on a shotgun or other cope guns like a Troy PAR or Taipan.
