How’d you get the handguns? I feel like I keep seeing people posting new handguns they’ve bought and I must be missing some loopholes in the ban or something

Anything antique doesnt require a firearms license at all, basically anything pre 1900s

All handguns made before 1898 are antique and don't require a license to own as long as they are not chambered in: 22 LR, 22 Long, 22 short, 32 Short Colt, 32 Long Colt, 32 Smith and Wesson, 32 Smith and Wesson Long, 32-20 Winchester, 38 Smith and Wesson, 38 Short Colt, 38 Long Colt, 38-40 Winchester, 44-40 Winchester, or 45 Colt. Unfortunately the caliber restrictions severely limit our options for antique handguns. I personally own 3 antique handguns, one of them is capable of firing modern smokeless powder and doesn't require a PAL at all.

Thats strange.. ive seen revolvers in 45 and 38 long colt for sale under antique status. Maybe the seller is misinformed?

There a ton of guns that are legally restricted or prohibited that are floating around with no registration and their owners are completely unaware of their legal status. Some antique guns also are also officially in a caliber that is not on the list, but they can safely chamber and fire a cartridge that is on the list. Those guns are totally legal to own.

I approve of this, you need some big bore wheel gats though. I have a little .31 Manhattan Arms pocket model, might be effective on coyotes at most.

I just like that the 31 cals only really used 10 grains of powder so they dont foul up fast. Can shoot around 50 times before it gets too sticky.

I know the Colt Pocket model was probably their most widely sold percussion revolver, more than the Navy, Army, walker, dragoon, Patterson or the Root model with the side hammer. That in itself says something.
Personally old percussion revolvers interest me probably more than any other type of firearm, so I am happy to see people in my homeland having them.

Winchester Wildcat is a nice little piece. The only drawback I find is how the factory magazine fits (somewhat poorly) and interchanges with the Ruger 10/22 mags. Besides that , it’s accurate as hell and cycles all kinds of ammo well. Nice pistols as well

I found the wildcat mags fit well. I have not tryed any 10/22 mags in it so I cant comment on that. I put 1600 rounds through it without cleaning and it took it very well. Great little rifles.

Also a Wildcat owner. I love mine. Its a great little platform for any shooter and packs nice when trudging through the bush for rabbit and such.
As for mags I have ran all kind and still prefer the OEM ones. They run great and have the hold open.

I will get a mosin when I find one thats a good price and in good working order. I haven't found one that is both yet lol.

Very nice, love the Type38. Ammo is a bitch though, I just reload my own so eventually Ill need new casings
