Feets / Collection / My build Cowboy tunes and a new cowboy gun

New model 92 trapper takedown from winchester in 44 mag I cant stop looking at it. Gonna be my new bush gun when I go hiking. Looking fir peep sights but cant seem to find any that fit with a tang saftey any leads?

Very nice choice in rifle, those modern Japanese made winchesters are top notch and the take down variants are super cool when they make a run of them.

As for the rights, skinner peep mounted in the rear sight dovetail might be your best option without drilling into the receiver for an alternative sight mounting.

I love these things and wanted one so god damn bad it hurts. But I'm hitting middle age and buckhorn irons aren't doing it for me like they used to. I ended up with a Marlin 1894 Guide Gun in .44 mag instead. Haven't decided on an optic yet.

I might have a really sweet rifle, but I'll still secretly be wishing I had one of those '92's too. Used to have a Rossi 92 in .454 Casull and that thing was the cats ass. Should have never sold it.
