Buy recommendations Hunter gun vaults

Has anyone purchased a Hunter gun vault recently, looking at the GS-2420? Seem like a quality option and made in Canada but their Facebook hasn't been updated in 6 years and the last post I could find on here in from 9 years ago. The only website that isn't the manufacture looks out of date 2021 and has russian script in the contact form. Wondering if they're still making these safes at all before trying to get a quote out of them for shipping.

I cant praise Hunter Gun Vaults enough. The build quality and metal thickness is truly amazing. When i first bought a HQ Outfitters new to the hobby. I mentioned it to my locksmith who deals with safes. He said thats not a real safe. If you want quality made in Hamilton Ontario. Buy Hunter Gun Vaults. I bought the 515Lb one. Love it. They are not Fire Rated. The Safe door does come off which is nice to lighten the load. Would recommend the Dehumidifier Rods they also sell. They will ask you where you want the small hole to plug it in. They are not fire rated as per say. Not a deal breaker for me.

That's good to know, thanks for sharing. What did you end up paying for yours and what was freight like? Fire rating would be nice but idk how helpful it would actually be with my condo that's got fire sprinklers. If the fire rating is being tested don't think it'll matter, might put a gasket on the door for water ingress.
