Buy recommendations Looking to get a chest rig modified.

Does anyone know if there is a good shop in Canada that can modify a chest rig. Looking to add a dangler so I need a velcro patch put on the back. Much appreciated!

The self-stick 4-packs of 4x6 velcro pairs for about $10 from amazon are amazingly durable. I do that first, and if the materials don't like eachother as much as I want, then make a big box-X.
