Honestly that’s going to be a hell of a powerhouse once the wars over (assuming they win) because everyone is re-arming and they are making bullets and drones like crazy and they are lined up to supply and share new age battle knowledge. Imagine the value of having a battle hardened Ukrainian instructor that’s actually seen modern 1st world vs 1st world conflict.
Nope. A lot of that money is from seized Russian assets and is only appropriate to give to them.
And they are fighting Russia for the rest of us.
We owe them.
