That’s an amazing build for $2999.99 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Definitely some excellent work getting your discounts and various points to work for you. Let your wife know that I verified the receipts and we’re good to go. 🤜

Off topic of the gun but how do you like the tripod ? Looking at getting a BOG for hunting/target shooting.

I have a BOG. Tbh i dont care for the deathgrip grip itself. It tracks fine/holds steady but i find the recoil impulse to be really weird clamped in which may be 100% a me issue, so i flip my bag upside down and shoot off it like a tac table or any flat surface and get good results. Its a good tripod as far as tripods go, but is on the heavier side and i dont like the factory clamp.

Is the barrel better then the factory one

The orginal 6.5 CM Barrel shoots lights out with my handloads. I can't say one is better than the other since they are in different calibers.

Nice. So you just quote and tell them you want a barrel for ATX action?

Yup. They'll ask for all the specs you want. When the barrel is ready they'll ask for your action so you get a perfect fit.

Mine would let me own an M2 browning or Cadex 50 tremor if it only cost $35 and ammo was free. She couldn’t care less about the guns so much as what they cost, and to be honest I kinda need that because I could easily blow all of our savings on firearms.

No haha but between house Reno’s, travel accounts, new vehicles, mortgage, investments, savings, I can rarely find the money I can “justify” spending on a new gun (yea they’re an investment)

I don't blame her lol. 800$ for an SKS is ridiculous. I got my license in 2022 and bought an sks for 400 and I was getting flamed by my buddies for paying too much lol.

I get people twisting the knife about when you used to buy a pallet of them at $100/rifle.

Rule of 3s.
You only own 1/3 of what you own, each rifle cost 1/3 of MSRP.
