Ok two things here;

First since I own an ar-18 I would love to get one of those receivers if you follow through with this project.

Second I can think of two machine shops in saskatchewan that would do this work for you. Sask gunwerkz or chip 9 machining. Both already do custom work on ar-15 and iirc gunwerkz has a 3d printer already for fine tuning c&c models before they make them.

My original plans had been to have the lower 3D printed, then try to assemble it and make the adjustments from there so that my solid model and blueprint were accurate. I had only taken measurements of from my AR-180B which I ended up trading away. So unfortunately I have abandoned the idea for now.
