So let me get this straight, they say at any point in construction if it's prohibited it's illegal. What about where your barrel is 470mm long, but without the stock on it's overall length is 560mm? PROHIBITED 3D PRINTED HIGH CLIP DESTROYER OF BABIES.

That doesn't tend to happen. First you would need a 9 cm long receiver.

Second it's ok as long as it doesn't have a pistol grip. Obviously the action of a gun out of its stock with no place to grip it with the trigger hand is not a complete gun.

Third your sarcasm needs some work. Starting on when to use it. (hint: when you're right)

Certainly accuracy through volume is a strategy that has its merits.

That's why I love bullet hosing a steel plate at a 100 yards with my 10/22.
