So basically we can make our own dream guns??? how would the RCMP feel about bullpup conversions after this? finishing an 80% m14 receiver and throwing it into a juggernaut chassis would be awesome.

Aftermarket bullpup kits are illegal, but if you designed an integral bullpup system, that would be legal. Like the Tavor Tar-21 that came to Canada not that long ago.

You would essentially have to build most of the gun from scratch.

And the RCMP lab would have to take their sweet time looking it over and making a decision on it.
