How much did you pay for the mosin?

$500 including the mount and optic. Zero points for guessing which one is my first now!
This was well over 15 years ago, and was considered cheap even back then.

I found a mosin for about 450 cad all in. Would that be worth? Good shape too.

In today's world that's a decent price, I think. What year and factory?

Those guy used to be 400 when I got into firearm in 2020 for round receiver, and maybe 500 for hex receiver. I shudder to think of the price now, lol.

I am sure it's even cheaper back then.

Oh sorry, I mean just a regular Mosin.

A PU Mosin is probably at least 1k at the time?

I saw a repro for like $750 but that’s the cheapest I remember. I was also just getting into milsurp at the time.

I was actually thinking about buying a Finnish Mosin at the time, but I already got 3 regular ones so I kind of stop, lol.

It would be nice to have PU Mosin and Finnish Mosin some day, lol
