Buy recommendations 22 Plinker

Good day all, just received my pal right at the 28 day mark for valid which I’m happy about. My question is looking for a 22 for range target for my15 year son and myself.
Thoughts are derya TM-22 metal or a Ruger 22 custom like the Archangel

Get a Savage MkII. Much safer for learning and hella accurate for the price.

After that look at a semi like a 10/22 or TM22.
