Buy recommendations 22 Plinker

Good day all, just received my pal right at the 28 day mark for valid which I’m happy about. My question is looking for a 22 for range target for my15 year son and myself.
Thoughts are derya TM-22 metal or a Ruger 22 custom like the Archangel

I got myself a scorpio em322x it is a bolt action, NR, compact, and more than accurate enough for most needs. Cost my 300 flat
